Homeowners depend on Systematic Spaces to provide Custom Drawer Solutions, Closet Solutions and Built-ins. We design custom Solutions for our clients, manufacture and install them.

Systematic Spaces is is an exceptional company, we are looking for exceptional people to join our growing team throughout the greater KW area. We are looking for a full-time service technician to work out of our Guelph area location.

Summary of Role:

Working out of our Guelph facility, you will be in-charge of manufacturing and installation of Drawer and Closet Solutions. Hands-on training is provided by experienced professionals.

Position Must Haves:

• Minimum 3 years hands-on fine carpentry experience, or certificate/diploma in fine woodworking with 1 year hands-on co-op experience.

• Must be willing to work an occasional evening usually either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

• Basic computer skills: capable of inputting and saving information into spreadsheets.

• Provides own safety shoes and has a cell phone.

• Full Drivers License.

• Methodical, detail oriented multi-tasker.

• Committed to learning Systematic Spaces processes and procedures.

• A good listener with a friendly attitude.

• Self-motivated to improve performance.

• Works independently.

• Excellent internal and external relationship building skills.

• Excellent time management skills.

Position Nice to Haves:

• Basic understanding of woodworking craftsmanship and carpentry trade terminology.

• Experience building and installing kitchen cabinets, or building fine woodworking products.

• Drafting skills, or hand sketching capabilities.
